Whether you need an entire new home, or simply need to update your master bath, Images can provide the organization needed to guide you through the myriad of choices and possibilities. We break down every project into a step by step process to include programming, design, finishes, budgeting, codes, permits, and construction. We will analyze many design options before committing our full resources to finishing your design.

Images is a “Design / Build” firm. Simply stated, we are both the architect and the general contractor for your home. This single point of responsibility is key to successful translation of the design ideas in the field. It also allows us to analyze the pricing for your project before the design is finished!

At Images you will work directly with the owners of the firm, not some separate marketing guy, manager or other middle man who may or may not care about your concerns. The owners, Greg and Bohdan, both registered architects, will both attend every design meeting. They will each bring new insight to your project and may present differing directions, allowing you to choose what best suits your needs.

Images will spend as much time in the design process as we will in construction. Our goal is to make all of the decisions on paper, before construction starts. We will also schedule and allow for delivery of all of the materials needed. If this is done, it will eliminate costly field decisions and allow for a smooth and timely completion of your project.

When it comes time for the construction, you can rest assured that we are there on a daily basis overseeing every aspect of your projects completion.

When the company was established, we analyzed what we didn’t like about the contracting industry. Things like overloaded schedules, lack of communication, and hidden pricing have always plagued the construction community. We have addressed all of these issues in our methodology and have successfully avoided these pitfalls to provide fair, honest, and exceptionally high quality design and construction services.
